　　德國Weforma緩沖器公司成立于1980年，公司主要為工業(yè)研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)緩沖器產(chǎn)品。緩沖產(chǎn)品覆蓋：工業(yè)自動(dòng)化、重工和電梯緩沖吸收器、緩沖氣缸、轉動(dòng)緩沖器及氣體彈簧等。

　　各類(lèi)型的氣彈簧，PUR緩沖器及金屬緩沖墊組成了Weforma的緩沖防震隔離產(chǎn)品。托盤(pán)閉鎖裝置、定位氣缸、擒縱機構棘輪裝置及氣夾等也是WEFORMA產(chǎn)品的一員。

　　工業(yè)緩沖器

　　工業(yè)緩沖器是通過(guò)內部液壓油的流動(dòng)起到緩沖作用的封閉式液壓元件。當物體撞擊到緩沖器上時(shí)，內部的單向閥系統在活塞環(huán)壓力的作用下關(guān)閉。液壓油通過(guò)節流孔流出，節流孔隨著(zhù)行程的結束逐步關(guān)閉，從而起到減速緩沖作用。動(dòng)能被轉化為熱能，如果調節正確。在行程終端能量完全被吸收。內部蓄能器補償了活塞桿進(jìn)入的體積?；貜蛷椈纱_?；钊苎杆倩貜?。緩沖器可以在前段或后端進(jìn)行調節。

工作原理

weforma HLS型號有兩個(gè)壓力室，充滿(mǎn)液壓油和氮氣?；钊麠U

被當做儲油室。

被撞擊時(shí)，活塞桿被壓入缸體，使液壓油從節流孔流

出進(jìn)入到壓力室，推動(dòng)分離活塞向鋼止動(dòng)帽移動(dòng)，壓

縮氮氣。

當負載撤離時(shí)，活塞桿在氮氣壓力作用下復位。
