技術(shù)說(shuō)明
BEHLKE固態(tài)開(kāi)關(guān)具有極高的上升和下降時(shí)間。如果您的應用不需要完整的開(kāi)關(guān)速度，我們建議您使用速度限制選項S-TT（上升和下降時(shí)間減慢約50％）與輸入低通濾波器選項LP結合使用。這些選項有助于最小化快速高壓脈沖電路典型的高頻困難（例如自振蕩或自重啟動(dòng)）并簡(jiǎn)化EMC設計。

型號包含有關(guān)電壓，電流和開(kāi)啟行為的編碼信息。第一個(gè)數字代表以kV為單位的電壓，短劃線(xiàn)前的最后一個(gè)數字表示開(kāi)啟行為（0 =固定導通時(shí)間，1 =可變導通時(shí)間）。短劃線(xiàn)后面的數字表示以安培x10為單位的電流。特殊功能在第二個(gè)破折號后由字母編碼。示例HTS 11-07-AC-C：HTS = HV晶體管開(kāi)關(guān)，1 = 1 kV，1 =可變導通時(shí)間，07 = 70安培，AC =交流電，C =緊湊型系列
