BEHLKE主要應用：需要產(chǎn)生高電壓快速脈沖的場(chǎng)合，例如：快速脈沖群發(fā)生器，泡克耳斯盒驅動(dòng)器，雷達調節器等。它擁有納米級的上升沿時(shí)間，能輸出較大脈沖電流。它與傳統的真空電子管相比，有速率高，輸出阻抗低，壽命長(cháng)，驅動(dòng)簡(jiǎn)單，功耗小等特點(diǎn)。
BEHLKE開(kāi)關(guān)的觸發(fā)輸入電壓為3~5.5V，輸出脈沖固定寬度為200nS。輸出脈沖上升沿本質(zhì)上與工作電壓，負載電容，分布電容和分布電感有關(guān)。在優(yōu)化的布線(xiàn)和布局設計上下升沿可以達到小于3nS。它的電氣絕緣超過(guò)10KV，能輸出正極性和負極性的脈沖。
連接及操作：應用時(shí)應注意電源電壓不能高于5.5V以及極性不能接反，否則會(huì )有損壞電子開(kāi)關(guān)的危險。為避免開(kāi)機時(shí)產(chǎn)生過(guò)大的浪涌電流和保護開(kāi)關(guān)應該限制電源電流在1A以下，或使用1A的供電電源供電。
在中間位置的三個(gè)引腳，它們在內部連接到一起為開(kāi)關(guān)的高壓負極。另三個(gè)一排的引腳也是在內部連接到一起為開(kāi)關(guān)的高壓正極。應用時(shí)應注意將它們分別連接到一起。
